Broadcast to the Empire is a sketch created for an episode of Christmas Night with the Stars. It was the fourth and final Dad's Army-themed sketch created for Christmas Night with the Stars, and was broadcast on Christmas Day 1972.
They are to be on BBC radio just before the king's speech. With the rehearsal they read the script to re-enact what the home guard do. They need to do their own sound effects too.
