Early life and career[edit | edit source]

Graham Harboard was born in 1958. When he was 9, he attended the Barbara Speake Stage School in London and got the part of Little Arthur in Sgt. Wilson's Little Secret when he was 10. Bill Pertwee played his part in the radio version, but was not creditted for it.

Graham's childhood days were split between going to school in the mornings and auditioning, modelling and appearing as an extra during the afternoons. He continued to go to stage school until he had completed his education. He also appeared in the original version of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat, the films Oliver Twist and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and the television shows Stig of the DumpThirty-Minute Theatre and (the opening sequence of) The Persuaders! where he plays the young Danny Wilde, played Tony Curtis in the show itself.

Other acting work and later career[edit | edit source]

After leaving stage school, Graham decided to take up photography as a job and took a City in Guilds course for two years. He later moved on into the world of car sales and now runs his own vehicle leasing and contract hiring company in the southeast.
