Major-General Fullard is an overbearing, short tempered senior Army officer featured in the film of Dad's Army.

Fullard first appears dressed in civilian clothing at Martins Bank on the day of Anthony Eden's broadcast about Local Defence, and attempts to have a cheque for £10 cashed, despite not having an account or an arrangement there. Mainwaring refuses the request, leading to Fullard storming off cursing "that damn bank clerk".
