Changes: Major-General Fullard

Major-General Fullard is an overbearing, short tempered senior Army officer featured in the film of Dad's Army.

Fullard first appears dressed in civilian clothing at Martins Bank on the day of Anthony Eden's broadcast about Local Defence, and attempts to have a cheque for £10 cashed, despite not having an account or an arrangement there. Mainwaring refuses the request, leading to Fullard storming off cursing "that damn bank clerk".

Later, Mainwaring and his platoon arrive at a training exercise headed by Fuller, who becomes trapped on a floating raft while mounted on his horse during the platoon's following exploits. He is eventually rescued by the platoon, but Lance Corporal Jones gets trapped on the horse instead.

During the later seige at the Church Hall, Fulllard angrily orders Mainwaring and the platoon to leave things to the regular army, who only call for assistance. Meanwhile, Mainwaring and the platoon succeed in infiltrating the Church Hall and capturing the Nazi airmen.
