Round and Round Went the Great Big Wheel is the twelfth episode of the fifth series of the British comedy series Dad's Army that was originally transmitted on 22 December 1972.
When new weapon is to be demonstrated the Hone Guard are chosen to help. Eastgate's to guard and Walmington-on-Sea the special duties of peeling potatoes and digging toilets. When the weapon goes out of control Jones' van needed for warning those of Walmington-on-Sea they shall be blown up! But it follows the van, turns out it follows Pike's radio. So they plan to lure it to be able to remove its antennæ.
