Sir Winston Leonard Spencer-Churchill (30 November 1874 – 24 January 1965) was the Prime Minister of Great Britain from 1940-1945, leading the country through the Second World War. He appears in a propaganda film in The Big Parade and visits Walmington-on-Sea in Shooting Pains.
Like Lance-Corporal Jones he also served under General Kitchener during the Mahdist Revolt including the Battle of Omdurman (1898).
